  1. How is my order shipped?
    All items ordered within the U.S. are shipped via Ground Delivery or via Air if chosen.

  2. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We accept postal money orders and cashier checks as well. Business and personal checks are also accepted, but it takes a little bit more time to deliver the products since we will only ship your item after your checks are cleared. We also accept bank wire, Western Union and Paypal.

  3. What if I don't have a credit card?
    No credit card? No problem! Please contact a Friendly Customer Service Representative in order to place your order and obtain specific instructions on where you may send your check or money order.

  4. Will my credit card information be secure?
    You may rest assured; you are visiting a secure site. All information submitted will be contained private and will not be released or sold.

  5. If I place an order today, when should I expect it to arrive?
    Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and shipped within 1 to 10 business days thereafter. ( Hawaii and Alaska shipping charges are additional and will be calculated once order is placed ).

  6. I already placed my order, what is the status?
    Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email. You will receive a Tracking link in your email to so you can track your package. If you did not provide an email address on your order please contact a Customer Service Representative and have the following information ready: Your Order ID# as well as First and Last name of the order.

  7. Can I ship my order to another address other than my billing address provided?
    Yes, you will have the opportunity to add a different shipping address if desired however the order might be delayed to do credit card address verification. All packages will require a signature in order to insure proper delivery.

  8. What if my item does not function upon receiving it?
    All of our items are protected by a 30 Day Warranty. If your item arrives defective please contact one of friendly Customer Service Representatives immediately in order to obtain further instructions. Please visit our policy page for further instructions.

  9. The item(s) that I purchased does not work anymore, what are my options?
    All of our items are protected by 30 Day Warranty (please read policy section). If your item is defective and within Warranty please contact one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives in order to obtain further instructions. We will service, support and if parts are needed, we will promptly ship all replacement parts free of charge on condition that you are still within 30 Day Warranty.

  10. What will this order look like on my credit card statement?
    Your order from us will be billed by West Coast Products USA, Inc.. If you have any questions when you get your bill, feel free to contact us.

  11. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
    All orders are processed from start to finish via our secure servers verified by 128 bit encryption. Any data submitted is encrypted, using SSL technology. We protect all customer data against unauthorized access. We use secure technology, privacy protection controls and restrictions on employee access, to safeguard your personal information. Your information is safe and secure!

  12. How do I check the status of my order?
    After placing your order successfully, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will contain instructions on how to check your order status. You may also contact us directly with any questions.

  13. Is it safe for my children to use these items?
    Children should be closely monitored and supervised by an adult at all times. Children should always wear protective gear such as helmets, knee and elbow pads while riding.

  14. Is it legal to ride electric/gas powered scooters and bikes in my area?
    Please contact your local law enforcement for regulations in your area concerning your electric/gas scooters and bikes.

  15. How many people can ride a scooter, pocket bike, mini chopper?
    We strongly recommend that only one person ride at a time for your own safety.

  16. Is my scooter going to arrive assembled?
    Yes, most of our bikes and scooters are 95% assembled.

  17. What exactly is a pocket bike (mini moto)?
    It's a miniature Racing motorcycle. They stand about 15 to 18 inches high depending on the model and brand and they weigh anywhere from 35 to 55 pounds, and are just pure fun to ride. They may look like toys to some people but these machines are built to high quality accuracy and proportion of a world class bike.

  18. How fast does it go?
    Most powered pocket bikes will accelerate quickly to about 30 miles per hour. More or less depending on optional power and sprocket sizes.

  19. Does it accelerate quickly?
    Yes! So hold on, here it goes??¦

  20. It's so small; does it handle like a motorcycle?
    A pocket bike handles much like a larger motorcycle, but because the wheelbase and weight are much less, it changes direction quicker. The front wheel of the more powerful ones will come up without hesitation with application of power; also because of the short wheelbase it turns quickly. This adds to the fun factor, but demands that the rider has protective clothing, and be familiar with the bike.

  21. Are parts hard to come by?
    No, every part can be obtained; most can be shipped the following day. We usually have all the parts in stock.

  22. Will it operate on pump gas?
    Yes, premium pump gas should be used. Use fresh gasoline only, do not use any gas that has been stored for more than 2 weeks. Only mix enough fuel/oil that will be used for the day or weekend.

  23. Are the replacement parts at reasonable price?
    Yes, most people are surprised at how inexpensive the parts are.

  24. Is it really as fun as it looks?
    No! It's a LOT more fun!
